Last year we added some new features to our website (“Contact Us” form and the member login) that make it easier for our members to communicate with us and to update their information.
Members can now log on to their record in the NCOA database and make changes to their personal information, update their address, renew their membership, join/renew affinity programs, etc.
We tried to make the Online ID and initial password as simple as possible. Your Online ID is your first initial and last name (all uppercase) and your Password is your member number including the leading zeroes - a total of 9 digits. |
