The time is now to make your plans to attend this year's NCOA Convention that will be held July 20 -23 at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino. The Golden Nugget is the showcase property of downtown and NCOA has received special discounted room rates - please see below.

  While the dates for the Convention are locked in and the Career Expo will be on July 20th, the Opening Icebreaker on the 20th, the Senior Enlisted Panel and Vanguard Banquet on the 22nd and Farewell Breakfast on the 23rd -- the remaining part of the Agenda below is being finalized and changes WILL be made and update immediately on this website.   Your HQ staff is working hard to make our 50th Anniversary event a special one and encourage every NCOA member to make every effort possible to attend this year's Convention.

Exhibitor Info

There is a very limited number of Exhibitor spaces at the NCOA Convention and there is always a waiting list.  Exhibitor space goes to Convention Sponsors first, and then to retuning exhibitors and then on a first come first served basis.  If you are interested in Exhibiting at the NCOA Convention (Exhibit Days are July 21 & 22) please e-mail Tina Kish at tkish@ncoausa.org or via phone at (800) 662-2620Ext. 261.

Room Rates as low as $42

     NCOA Headquarters have negotiated a fantastic room rate for delegates, exhibitors and sponors at the Golden Nugget of only $42 for single/double occupancy on Sunday through Thursday and $69 for Friday and Saturday (Before or after the convention).  These rooms are in the Carson Tower and anyone wanting to upgrade can do so at these rates:

Gold Tower - $52 weekday / $79 weekend

Rush Tower - $72 weekday / $99 weekend

Gold Club - $102 weekday / $129 weekend

     In order to obtain these rates you must make your reservations directly with the Golden Nugget at (800) 634-3454.  You must specify that you are with NCOA!  To obtain these rates, resevations must be made prior to June 16!  For more information please see the Convention 2010 Fact Sheet above.
