Group Vision Care Plan Questions & Answers

Q Is my family’s eyewear covered also?
A
Yes. The plan provides the same coverage for eligible dependent members of your family.

Q What will happen if I’m not satisfied with the glasses I choose?
A If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may exchange your eyeglasses for another pair of equal value or LensCrafters will refund your purchase.

Q Is my eyewear covered if I go to a provider other than LensCrafters?
A No.

Q What if my glasses need adjusting after I purchase them?
A Just stop in at any LensCrafters location. They’ll maintain the comfort of your glasses with free adjustments and cleanings for the life of your glasses.

Q Am I covered if my glasses break?
A Should your frame and/or lenses become broken or scratched during the first year of your original purchase, you may exchange them for identical frames, frame parts and/or prescription lenses for a co-payment of $75 for a complete pair or $40 for any individual lens or frame part. If identical frames are no longer in stock, LensCrafters will find a suitable alternative of equal value. Sorry, this plan does not cover loss, theft or industrial safety eyewear.

Q What is your children’s lens policy?
A LensCrafters is committed to protecting all customer’s eyesight, especially that of children during their growing active years. All children 12 and under will be fitted with polycarbonate, the safest lens material, unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor. These lenses are at no additional charge to you.

Q Does my benefit include sales tax?
A No. You are responsible for any state sales tax.
