Wendell’s, an American company with a great reputation is NCOA’s preferred vendor for minted products, medallions, coins and key tags. An agreement between NCOA and Wendell’s provides special pricing to NCOA members and chapters.

When the agreement was done in May of 2001, Wendell’s created a new NCOA coin for the Association, one where the back of the coin may be used by chapters around the world. This will save on die charges. Chapter officials interested in obtaining a price quote for a chapter coin should call Scoop Davis at NCOA Headquarters.

Individual NCOA members will save too. For NCOA members who provide Wendell’s with proof of current membership Wendell’s will extend this offer:

Full access to the library of Wendell’s stock dies that can be used at no cost. If the order requires two custom dies, Wendell’s will price the first die at $250. This price is reduced to $150 if the order reaches 250 medallions, coins or key tags and the die will be at no cost if the order reaches 500 pieces. The cost of the second die will be $300 without regard to the copy or image to be reproduced. Members also receive a 20 percent discount from list price. Hand painted color may be added to the coins, the average cost of this is 50 cents per color per side. And, as a special NCOA membership bonus, Wendell’s will provide you with one proof silver coin at the first strike.
