President Signs Economic Stimulus Act

The President signed a two-year, 168-billion-dollar economic stimulus package on Wednesday, February 13, 2008 in support of America's ailing economy. The Act clears the way for one time tax rebate checks to be mailed to tens of millions of Americans in coming months. The Economic Stimulus Acts also calls for tax breaks aimed at firing up business investment.
