NCOA Executive Vice President of the International Board of Directors, CSM (Ret) Tony Franklin, briefs soldiers of HQ, 40th Infantry Division, Army National Guard in California.  Franklin was invited by the unit’s leadership and used the NCOA Power Point Presentation, available on the NCOA website as a download to help tell the NCOA story to the soldiers.  Chapter officials are reminded that the NCOA Power Point found on the homepage under Publications tab, named NCOA Brief is a valuable tool when you are briefing people about NCOA.
