You can make a difference too! The Non Commissioned Officers Association affects the quality of life for past and present servicemembers and their families by taking a stand on issues such as pay, benefits and entitlements and other issues ranging from deployments to family housing. We feel it is our job to be a Voice in Washington for our members on those issues that affect their quality of life and for those agendas that better prepare them to be successful. Let us not forget that the reason we live in the land of the free is because of the brave men and women who have served their country and those who are serving today.

Our Association is a federally chartered, non-profit organization founded in 1960. NCOA's purpose is to work for the benefit of noncommissioned and petty officers and their families. Our membership consists of enlisted service members - active duty, veterans and retirees - from all five branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, including the National Guard and Reserve.

Please feel free to take a look at our website to see how NCOA is working for you. We also offer an outstanding benefit package for our members, which includes significant savings for rent-a-cars, hotels, eyewear, catalog shopping, auto-club, discount on coins (American made), floral and phone service. We always welcome your comments and input on what you would like to see in the benefits package.

You can help your fellow serviceman, retiree and veteran by simply becoming a member. This not only entitles you to the member benefits, but you become a multiplier as a voice in Washington as we lobby for your rights. I encourage you to become a member today and join those of us who are on watch. Remember our motto: "Strength in Unity."
