Our conference is a multi-day event where Enlisted Service Members, Veterans, and supporters come together under one roof for panel discussions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. It’s also where we recognize outstanding achievements, share best practices, and spark new ideas to strengthen our Enlisted force. Attendees can expect engaging speakers, hands-on workshops, and plenty of chances to learn from each other. Past guest speakers have included representatives from the Department of Labor, Defense Health Agency, the VA, AAFES, USAA, and many others, offering valuable insights on issues affecting our Military Community.

Highlights

The conference spans several days, kicking off with an opening ceremony and keynote presentations. Throughout the event, you’ll find breakout sessions on key topics, panel discussions led by senior leaders, and networking opportunities. Visit the exhibit area, where you have a chance to learn about services that support our Veterans. We cap it all off with our Vanguard Awards Dinner, where one Service Member from each branch of the Military will be honored for acts of heroism.
