NCOA Mission
The Non Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA), a Military Service Organization (MSO), was created in 1960 to address quality of life issues for enlisted members of our Active, Reserve, National Guard, Retired, and Veteran members of all branches of the Armed Forces as well as their families. As we have evolved, education, work force development, employment, legislative advocacy and the quality of life within our communities as well as the physical and mental health of our enlisted service men and women and their families have become our primary focus.
Our Impact
The NCOA stands for the 17.9 million Enlisted Veterans and 1.8 million Active Duty Service Members who wear or have worn the uniform. With over 70,000 members of our own, we work every day to protect their benefits, advocate for fair policies on Capitol Hill, and foster community support programs. As part of The Military Coalition (TMC), a group of more than 35 Military and Veteran Service Organizations, we help amplify Enlisted voices where it matters most.
Our Tagline
“Strength In Unity®” isn’t just a slogan, it’s the heart of our mission. We believe that when we unite in purpose for the Enlisted community, we can create lasting change. Our collective efforts strengthen advocacy in Washington, expand scholarships and benefits, and build a supportive network for those who have served our nation.

Stacked Logo
The stacked logo should be used in narrower spaces where the primary logo will not fit, mostly in print and broadcast applications. Avoid using at small sizes, as it can become illegible.
NCOA Seal
The NCOA seal’s use is used in official correspondence, legal documents, reports, memoranda, ceremonial booklets, certificates, awards, branded merchandise, and other areas where deemed appropriate.
