 Dear NCOA Members and Partners, I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and now we are moving full speed ahead for Christmas! This year is flying by! I have just a few things to share with you and ask for your assistance. The Non Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA), a Military Service Organization (MSO), was created in 1960 to address quality of life issues for enlisted members of our Active, Reserve, Retired, and Veteran members of all branches of the military, National Guard cadre as well as their families.
