On Friday, 7 June, Grand Knight Sir Paul Siverson, Onslow County Commissioner Walter Scott, SgtMaj (Ret) Joe Houle, SSgt (Ret) Tom Mattison (Korean Vet), and HMC (Ret) Steve Ryan presented NCOA's World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War Medallions to Ms. Rosemarie Oates Mobley, the daughter of veteran Joseph Oates who served in all 3 wars.
