mcl sumter detachment presents Vietnam medallion

Marine Corps League, Sumter Detachment 1202 in Sumter, SC, took time to honor one of their own during the celebration of the 249th Marine Corps Birthday. Dr. Tim Wagner (left) was presented by Detachment Commandant Mr. Keith Margeson (right) with the Non Commissioned Officers Association's Vietnam War Medallion.
The NCOA Vietnam War Medallion is presented to individuals or their surviving families as a way to say thank you for your service and Welcome Back.
