Members of the NCOA,  as our annual conference is less than a week away.  I would like to thank you for your support these years.  There have been many challenges for all of us.  But your dedication to our organization and nation, have overcome those challenges.  Once again, thank you. 

Let me take this time to give a heartfelt thanks to our Grand Knight Sir Paul Siverson as he turns over the mantle of Grand Knight to Sir Scott Ytzen.  Sir Paul,  your steadfast dedication and devotion to the NCOA and leadership of our Knights of the Square Table clearly speaks volumes over the past few years and your leadership will surely be missed.  I look forward to sharing a cup of "joe" with you next week.  

My bags are packed and I look forward to meeting each and every member of this outstanding organization.   Don't forget to come with a smile, an open mind, and input to make us even stronger in the years to come.
