Message from the NCOA President

As President of the NCOA, my priorities have been as follows:

1. Grow membership
2. Bring younger members into the NCOA.
3. Strengthen our influence on Capitol Hill and within the TMC.

Focus Areas for Improvement:
1. Increase ROI on the Medallions program.
2. Target active-duty retirement and command sponsorship programs to gain new membership. (Award Medallions during retirements) possible new members on the stage and in attendance.)
3. Each retiring service member is a potential member.
4. Working with the Wounded Warrior program. Consider awarding Medallions to service members receiving service dogs.
