ASHLEY GARDNER, NCOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS SECRETARY
Ashley officially became an NCOA member in November 2010 when she joined the NCOA Auxiliary as the child of an Air Force Service Member, but has been involved with the association for considerably longer.
From the age of 12, Ashley began volunteering and fundraising with the Air Academy chapter in Colorado Springs, where both her parents were members. She served 3 years on the International Auxiliary Board of Directors before transferring to the regular membership after joining the Air Force Reserve in 2022. She has since become a full-time active-duty member of the United States Space Force and serves as a trustee and Secretary of the NCOA Board of Directors.
Ashley remains passionate about supporting military members and their families at all phases of military life and bringing attention to key issues affecting servicemembers today. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding in the mountains of Colorado, as well as hiking and camping, and hopes to one day visit every National Park in the United States.
