Sergeant Major (Ret) Joseph Terry is a native of Vernon Hill, VA. Prior to accepting the position of Executive Director, he was the Association’s Membership Development Director. He served as the Chapter Chairman of the NCOA Dragon Hill Chapter in Korea and served on the NCOA International Board of Directors as the Executive Vice President.
