ABOUT THE NCOA

The NCOA advocates for the rights and welfare of Enlisted Service Members from every branch, ​including Veterans, Retirees, and their families.

The Non Commissioned Officers Association, more commonly known as NCOA®, is a federally-chartered, non-profit, 
501(c)(19) Military Service Organization (Federal ID # 74-1394421).  NCOA® is currently a strong advocate on Capitol Hill and with the Veterans Administration.  Our members around the world are making a difference in their local communities. Membership in NCOA® provides our advocacy efforts as well as great endorsed benefits and other advantages.  Always remember NCOA's motto – Strength In Unity®!

To be the leading advocate and professional association for the enlisted community, advancing the interests of service members, veterans, retirees, and their families through legislative action, leadership development, chapter engagement, and meaningful member services.

NCOA is a strong voice on Capitol Hill and with the Veterans Administration.  By becoming an NCOA Advocate, you will receive our Legislative Newsletter (NCOAdvocate) and any advocacy campaigns that NCOA initiates on Capitol Hill.

STRENGTH IN UNITY®

The Non Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA), a Military Service Organization (MSO), was created in 1960 to address quality of life issues for enlisted members of our Active, Reserve, Retired, and Veteran members of all branches of the military, National Guard cadre as well as their families.
