Non Commissioned Officers AssociationThe Non Commissioned Officers Association, is a Military Service Organization (MSO), which was Congressionally chartered 1960 to address quality of life issues for enlisted members of our Active, Reserve, National Guard, Retired, and Veteran members of all branches of the Armed Forces as well as their families.

NCOA International AuxiliaryThe International Auxiliary membership division is comprised of spouses/former spouses, widows/widowers, and family members 18 years of age or older of enlisted service members, whether active duty, separated, veteran, Reserve or National Guard, in Grades E-1 through E-9.

NCOA Knights of the Square TableBecoming a Knight is not just another NCOA sponsored award, but is a testament of your dedication. Knighthood is a way of life and a large commitment on your part. Becoming a Knight shows the Association and your fellow Knights that you are a leader and someone who is ready for more responsibilities within NCOA.

NCOA Mission
The Non Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA), a Military Service Organization (MSO), was created in 1960 to address quality of life issues for enlisted members of our Active, Reserve, National Guard, Retired, and Veteran members of all branches of the Armed Forces as well as their families. As we have evolved, education, work force development, employment, legislative advocacy and the quality of life within our communities as well as the physical and mental health of our enlisted service men and women and their families have become our primary focus.
