NCOA’s chapters are the foundation of the Association. They are the centers of social interaction among association members, grass-roots benevolent activity, community support, and community/installation involvement programs. View List of Chapters.
Association chapters exist worldwide from small towns in the United States to countries like Korea, Germany and Italy; almost everywhere American service members are stationed or call home.
NCOA chapters participate in a variety of national and local activities. Chapter efforts in NCOA’s national voter registration program have been responsible for the registration of thousands of military personnel, veterans and their families. Various base and community projects (including Special Olympics, Muscular Dystrophy, Holiday Food Baskets, JROTC Program. Quarterly and Annual Awards Programs, Air Force Enlisted Village, USOs, World War II Medallion Project, VA homes and hospitals and local scholarship programs) have received more than 1.6 million volunteer hours and benefited to the tune of nearly $6 million in donations. Many of our chapters support The Gary Sinese Foundation’s Snowball Express – a charity for the children of fallen military members – by hosting Snowflake/Gold Star Family events in their areas.
Support of Law Enforcement
The Non Commissioned Officers Association pledges its unconditional support to the law enforcement community, enforcing our one common goal – protecting the citizens of the United States of America. NCOA has created a certificate that chapters can print and present to their local law enforcement agencies. Please click here for certificate.
