The NCOA Annual Business Meeting will be held Wednesday, July 17, at 1:00 p.m. at the El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel, 110 Lexington Avenue, San Antonio, Texas. This is a controlled‑access meeting and membership cards will be verified. All doors will be secured at 1:00 p.m. and latecomers will be denied entrance until after all voting matters are accomplished. All Regular Division members are urged to attend.
One Association member has been nominated for the available positions of the NCOA Board of Directors. 

The Annual Business Meeting of the NCOA International Auxiliary will be held Wednesday, July 17, at 1:30 p.m. at the El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel, 110 Lexington Avenue, San Antonio, Texas. This is a controlled‑access meeting and membership cards will be verified. All doors will be secured at 1:30 p.m. and latecomers will be denied entrance until after all voting matters are accomplished. All Auxiliary members are urged to attend.
