Left – Carol Ann Schwarzenbach was recently awarded an NCOA Scholarship.  The scholarship was presented by the members of the Down East Chapter #906 during their August monthly meeting. Carol Ann, the daughter of NCOA life member GySgt (Ret) Carol Schwarzenbach and SgtMaj (Ret) Max Schwarzenbach, is attending Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.
