NCOA Grand Knight Sir Paul Siverson and VFW Post 9133 Commander Wendy Silvera presented NCOA Vietnam Medallions to LTC Ed Hughes USA (Ret) and MSG Danny Elzie USA (Ret) during Vietnam Veterans Recognition Day in Jacksonville, NC, on 29 April 2023. LTC Hughes and MSG Elzie are members of the North Carolina Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association.
