June 12, 2017 – The NCOA Magnum Force Chapter in Saginaw, MI, recently awarded a $500 chapter scholarship to Sarah Kempf during the chapter’s monthly meeting. Sarah, the daughter of Mark and Michelle Kempf, just completed her freshman year at Grand Valley State University. Her field of study is Education.
