The Riverview Terrace Retirement Home in Roseburg, OR, was the setting for the recent presentation of an NCOA WWII Medallion by Ron Dukes, Chairman of the NCOA Umpqua Valley Chapter (second from the left), to WWII Veteran Ray Sees. The Medallion presentation was done in conjunction with the presentation of a motorized scooter to the facility by the local Vietnam Veterans of America Group.  Comments are closed.
