The end of the 2017-18 school year found NCOA’s Spanish Trail and Leroy’s Auxiliary Chapters busy presenting NCOA JROTC Awards and medals to deserving high school cadets.  Rio Rico High School – Ronda Smith (left), chairman of Leroy’s Auxiliary, and Linda Westby (right), trustee of the Spanish Trail Chapter, present the NCOA JROTC Award to Cadet SGT Luis Gonzalez.  Desert View High School – Kayla Smith (left), member of Leroy’s Auxiliary, and Ronda Smith (center), chairman of Leroy’s Auxiliary, present the NCOA JROTC Award to Cadet Joseph Saldana.  Cienega High School – Dean Westby (left), vice chairman of the Spanish Trail Chapter, presents the NCOA JROTC Award to Cadet Blake Nguyen.
