 NCOA Down East Chapter Chairperson Julianne Froncek received the NCOA Award of Excellence from NCOA's 34th Grand Knight Sir Paul Siverson. The award was presented for her outstanding contributions in support of the aims and goals of NCOA. Froncek served as the Chairperson for the 2022 Jacksonville, NC, Veterans Day Parade hosted by the NCOA Down East Chapter.
