Ray Moreno, a new member of NCOA and the newest member of the NCOA Magnum Force Chapter in...  Ray Moreno, a new member of NCOA and the newest member of the NCOA Magnum Force Chapter in the Saginaw, Michigan area, was honored as the “Veteran of the Game” at the Dow Diamonds Great Lakes Loon’s baseball game recently.
Moreno served on active duty with the Air Force having joined in 1955. He transferred to the IRR in 1965 – serving a total of 10 years. Comments are closed.
