I am glad that the noncommissioned officers in all branches of our military are finally being recognized for their contributions to the accomplishment of the mission. It has taken a long time but the comments from Army Command Sergeant Major John Wayne Troxell are music to my ears. As a retired Sergeant Major(81) I commend him for his comments that are a great morale booster to all noncoms in the military. It's a fact that has been long in coming into the light. Previously only officers were were commended for the accomplishment of the mission when in fact it was/is the noncoms who do accomplish the mission. Comments are closed.
