September is a busy time for the members of the NCOA Trailblazers Chapter #1500 in the Flint, Michigan area – it’s ROSEBUD time! The chapter holds its annual fundraising project in various locations throughout the Flint area. Chapter members credit this year’s significant increase in donations jointly to the improved economy and the “put together” team image they presented in their new chapter garrison caps and shirts. The donations received help fund the chapter’s activities in support of veterans and their community throughout the year.  On behalf of the Chapter, Trustee Tracey McAlister presented certificates of recognition to V.G.’s and Sam’s Club in appreciation for allowing the chapter to set up tables to provide information on the activities of the Trailblazers Chapter and to collect donations.
