U.S. Marine Corps NCOA Vanguard Award Presented

GySgt Samuel S. Mullins, the Marine Corps recipient of NCOA’s 2020 Military Vanguard Awards, was presented his award by his command at NAS Pensacola. Mullins’ First Sergeant, 1stSgt Christino, spoke about the NCOA Military Vanguard Award and what it means, and recounted GySgt Mullins’ actions that predicated his receiving the award.
